SUBSTRATES AND DIMENSIONS

Steven Silverstein’s limited edition artwork is made with archival pigment inks on archival 100% cotton rag paper with hand-torn deckle edge, and canvas with a matte finish and protective coating. Limited edition scarves are made with archival pigment inks on 100% silk, with a rolled hem. Canvases are stretched on bars. The dimension listed is the image size. If the artwork is on paper, there is an additional 2" to 3" border, as indicated. The artist recommends that paper prints with deckle edge be floated in a frame with the signature and edition number visible.

Melissa Lambert’s limited edition artwork is made with archival pigment inks on archival premium luster paper. The dimension listed is the image size. If framed, there is an additional 1.5” mat border, as indicated.

LIMITED EDITIONS

All Limited Edition works have a low number of editions (e.g. 3 or 5). Each is signed, numbered and dated on the front, bottom border for works on paper, and on the back of canvases. It also includes an authenticity letter or certificate.

OPEN EDITIONS

Occasionally, a few pieces of art are released as open editions. These pieces will never be sold as Limited Editions. They are unsigned and an affordable way to own artwork.

COMMISSIONS

Because these are photographic works, certain pieces may be commissioned in a specific size. Original works not already in existence may also be commissioned for a specific dimension, substrate, etc. Please contact us for more information.

ART AND PRODUCT EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY

Damaged art will be exchanged at our expense (see more information in Shipping below). If you are not satisfied with your art or product purchase, returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 business days of receipt of the art. We are committed to a collaborative process and all requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Returned or exchanged artwork must be returned in its original packaging or similar, along with the letter or certificate of authenticity. Once the artwork has been inspected and determined to be in its original condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued or an exchange for artwork of the same value will be provided. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Artwork is packed with high quality materials direct from the artist and shipped to withstand damage. Shipping is flat rate to the United States and Canada. International customers please contact us for more information before purchase.

If you believe your artwork has been lost, please contact us immediately. If determined to be lost, we will replace it. If your print is damaged, please retain the original packing materials and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage. Damaged art will be exchanged at our expense for the same print. We require damaged art to be returned in the original packaging or similar prior to replacement.

UNPACKING/ CARING FOR YOUR ART

As with any art investment, we recommend clean hands or white gloves before handling. For artwork shipped rolled in a tube, we recommend unrolling it and allowing it to flatten for 2-3 days before framing.
